While there's not a library full of words to Surf Friends' 'Outdoors, it more than makes up for in its infectiously catchy melodies, augmented with samples and programming, coupled with a video of beautiful New Zealand scenery (shot on the Auckland Hibiscus Coast's Red Beach) that makes it impossible not to like.
The track is the lead single from the Auckland electro-surf duo's - Brad Coley (vocals, guitar, drum machine, sampling) and Peter Westmoreland (vocals, bass) - forthcoming album, 'Doing Your Thing', set to arrive later this summer via Flying Nun Records.
