Released last week, Wrexham band Kidsmoke precede their upcoming debut album - 'A Vision In The Dark', out via Libertino Records. on June 19 - with melodic single cut 'Layla’s Love'.
The dreampop-gaze 'Layla’s Love', harmony-rich and intricately worked, took a little longer to come together than some of their other tracks, says guitarist and vocalist Sophie Ballamy. "We were being pretty ambitious with the arrangement in the studio and wanted to make sure we got it perfect, as we knew it would be worth it if we nailed it.”
