21-year-old North Londoner Ryan Downie may not be overly prolific when it comes to putting out material, but what he does produce under his RYD name has so far been impossibly lovely.
Arriving last year with his debut single 'Scintillate' shortly after taking up the electronic music genrevas his metier, followed by 'Simple Place To Be', he now offers new track 'Alter', built on the same hauntingly layered harmonic notes and minimalist production with a vocal that binds it together like a fine gossamer thread.
