East End Live 13.7.13 :: TOY
East End Live, the one-day festival of music happening this Saturday, is a chance to catch more than 60 artists within a mile or two radius of each other in just the one day.
To conclude our look at some of the best of what's on offer, we catch TOY's drummer Charlie Salvidge for a quick two shortfire questions.
Description: Gods of motorik psych.
How did you get involved with East End Live?
We got involved in East End Live through our good friend Samir, who plays drums in Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs. It's always nice playing in and around Shoreditch as it's local to us - and it's reassuring to have your mates supporting you at the front! A few of our friends bands are playing: I'd recommend checking out Cop, Proper Ornaments, Joseph Coward and Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs.
A track to link to that you will be including in your set?
'Kopter'
TOY play The Red Gallery at 10.45pm.
