Whistlejacket Stream 'Nineteen' In Advance Of Psychfest - The Trip
London outfit Whistlejacket have just unveiled a new track to follow on from their acclaimed 'March Hare'. 'Nineteen' evokes a similar psych/shoegaze sound. Listen to the track below.
The five-piece - hotly touted by The Horrors' Faris Badwan - play at The Shacklewell Arms this Saturday, November 24 as part of the all-dayer and one arm of the five-day psych fest The Trip, being run by Bad Vibrations, Lanzarote Events and the Quietus. Full listings below.
Whisteljacket's 'March Hare' appears on the forthcoming compilation 'The Reverb Conspiracy – Volume Two', a 16-track album bringing together some of Europe’s most interesting emerging psych bands. Released on November 23, the double LP will be available in a limited, hand numbered edition of 1,000 180g white vinyl with deluxe gatefold packaging and artwork from Nonni Dead (The Dead Skeletons). 'The Reverb Conspiracy' is a co-release between Fuzz Club and The Reverberation Appreciation Society.
