Joseph Coward Makes New Label Debut

'Idle Boy' is the first single from East London's Joseph Coward on new label, Stiffy Byng. Released digitally on March 24, a full download package featuring the B-side 'Honey, Please' and a remix of the A-side is released on April 21.

The track is taken from his forthcoming album, 'The World Famous Joseph Coward', released on 12" vinyl, CD and download on Stiffy Byng on July 21.

The album arrives after a busy 18 months, which saw the twenty-two year-old singer release singles ‘Jesus Christ’/‘Worry Wart’ and ‘If You Want To Get Going, Get Talking (To Me)’ on the O Genesis label, 'Children's Bones' on Blank Editions, and also support Factory Floor, TOY and The Charlatans.

Joseph will be appearing with his band line up of Joel Gutteridge (guitar), Philip Brillo (bass) and David Flower (drums) for a series of live dates over the next months, kicking off with a special Stiffy Byng label launch party at Servant Jazz Quarters in Dalston tonight, March 11.

Stiffy Byng is the new record label founded by Joseph Coward and Samir Eskanda, co-founder of East End Live Festival and member of London five-piece Charlie Boyer & the Voyeurs. More exciting new releases will be announced in the very near future.
