Glass Animals have announced details of their next single, which will be ‘Pools’. The track will be released on June 9 thru Wolf Tone/Caroline International. Their debut album ‘ZABA’ is released on the same date. ‘ZABA' was recorded at Wolf Tone Studios in London, and produced by frontman Dave Bayley, under executive production of Wolf Tone’s Paul Epworth.
Following the Spring release of the critically acclaimed ‘Gooey' EP, Oxford's Glass Animals ready the next scintillating taster to their full-length record in the shape of ‘Pools', which is arguably the most instant track of the band's so far, and a song swathed in all the unique elements that make this band such a potent, and intriguingly fresh young group.
As part of their ever-expanding live plans for 2014, the band will play at James Lavelle’s Meltdown Festival on June 18, in the Production Arch of the Royal Festival Hall. The night, presented by Paul Epworth and Wolf Tone, features a yet to be announced range of DJ sets and live performances by some of the future stars on this exciting new label.
