We have a bit of a soft spot for the Blackpool three-piece Darlia, having first caught them early last September when EP lead tracks 'Queen Of Hearts' and 'Napalm' first blasted our ears with their scuzzy 90s-style, Nirvana-esque riffs.
And boy, they haven't done too badly, have they! With a summer of impressive festivals ahead - including Glastonbury and Reading/Leeds - they have today (May 28) premiered their upcoming new single 'Dear Diary'. Coming in where previous EPs 'Candyman' and 'Knock Knock' left off, with another three minutes of devilish good indie-rock in which Nathan Day wants to be your diary so you can tell him all your secrets. Proceed with caution is our advice.
'Dear Diary' is out on July 7 thru B-Unique Records.
