We had our first listen and chat with 19-year-old West Londoner Archie Faulks - otherwise known as Tenterhook - back in February - see here - after hearing his first stunning track 'Stereo'.
Both 'Stereo' and more recently, 'Chemicals', highlight his way around beautifully constructed, tender pop; marrying his delicate yet anthemic melodies with sparse guitar and piano accompaniment.
Following a sold-out show at Servants Jazz Quarters and appearances at this year's Great Escape and Somersault festivals, Tenterhook is about to digitally release his debut four-track self-titled EP (which was recorded at The Crypt Studios with Anthony Leung) thru Cartoon Records on August 25.
