Track Of The Day :: Dragon Turtle - Summer Drive

It was a toss-up whether this was to be a straightforward 'Listen', a 'Track Of The Day' or an album review, such has been the impression created from the new album by Dragon Turtle, 'Distances' (released yesterday via Oscillating Color).

Given how many times we have played it in the last 24 hours, we are opting to 'Track Of The Day' the sumptuous 'Summer Drive'.

Its description as "a Nebraska-era Springsteen guitar meeting a baroque pop version of The Jesus and Mary Chain" is one we can't better.
