The Leeds trio are back and blasting out the ear-blistering riffs on this new track from their forthcoming third album ‘Eleven Eleven'. Titled ’11:11’, the single - produced by Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood / Turbowolf) - will be released via SO Recordings on May 18, and don't be alarmed thinking its name refers to its length: it actually comes in at a far more manageable 4 minutes and 4.
On describing how it came to fruition, vocalist Matt Bigland explains: "'11:11' actually began as a riff that me, Mike (drums) and Jim (bass) were screwing around with one time just before heading out on tour. It kept on coming back, so eventually one day I sat down and wrote it, and I was like ‘shit… this is the start of the new record!!’ It was just so... BIG. It was really exciting…”
