Brisbane's Art of Sleeping may have steadily been gaining a reputation Down Under, but to UK ears may still be something of an unexplored pleasure. That could well change, however, having just unveiled the video to single 'Bleeding Out', taken from their debut album 'Shake Shiver' which was released last month via Dew Process.
Previously released singles ‘Crazy’ and ‘Voodoo’ have already garnered the band over 2 million online streams, and on 'Bleeding Out' Caleb Hodges delivers emotive tenderness over crashing cymbals, searing riffs and driving percussive lines that add weight without going the whole rock hog.
The five-piece will be supporting fellow Aussies The Jungle Giants on their album tour in September and October this year, as well as performing alongside Mumford & Sons, Jake Bugg, Future Islands, The Vaccines, The Jungle Giants and Meg Mac at The Gentlemen Of The Road event in Sydney in November.
