After Bat For Lashes’ Natasha Khan had been posting via Instagram a mysterious hangman figure, indicating something was about to happen, all has now been revealed.
That 'something' was not in fact a new Bat For Lashes work, as a new project entirely: Sexwitch.
Sexwitch was launched earlier this evening at the Green Man Festival as a new collaboration between Natasha Khan, TOY, and producer Dan Carey. The three have all previously worked together for Carey’s label Speedy Wunderground. Taking to the Far Out Stage just after 7pm, there was initial confusion when the crowd heard, "Will you please welcome Sexwitch!" until Natasha Khan appeared, joined by TOY.
No further information has been revealed so far, but keep 'em peeled, as they say.
