Brooklyn's dreamrockers Arc Waves have already released ‘Transmission’ - stream below - last week via Ghost Station Records, and now have announced they are to play a CMJ show on October 13 at Niagara in New York's East Village, at which they will release a second single.
Both follow-up their self-titled debut EP was released last year, and on which they gave a first display of their blending of the ethereal likes of the Cocteau Twins, with the sonic force of Gang of Four into a hypnotic palette of the mesmeric vocals of classically trained soprano Elaine Lachica, and new wave guitar sound via Brandon Jaffe.
