It may be 'Grey' by name, but Leeds' psych-gaze outfit Colour Of Spring's new single is far from dull in sound, showing a burst of autumnal hues in its soundscape.
Opening on a welter of guitars, 'Grey' then leads into something distinctly more in the shoegaze palette of sound, featuring Shane Hunter's lo-fi vocals and crashing drums before riding to a finale of distortion.
Released on October 2 through Plastic Fish Records, the track follows 'Skin', a previous Little Indie Track Of The Day back in January, and which formed part of their single release with 'Honey'.
