Watch :: Japanese trio Tricot have fun in Europe for 'Setsuyaku-ka' video

Japanese female three-piece Tricot hail from Kyoto, although some of the scenery in the above video for upcoming EP lead track 'Setsuyaku-ka', looks distinctly Western! And in fact it is! Directed by Yuji Sakatani, it was shot during Tricot's last European tour.

The three make a kind of melodic math rock that is melded with a vibrant pop-punk veneer and yelped vocals, which can be heard on their upcoming second EP, 'Kabuku!', which is released on April 27.
