Prior to their self-titled, self-produced debut EP (out August 26 via Fat Possum), Bloomington, Indiana quartet Hoops have given us this lead single, 'Cool 2'.
Breezy, lo-fi with hazy guitars blended around distorted vocals and sharply worked percussion, it's a short - under two minutes - taste of why you will not be able to wait to hear more from this band.
