Track Of The Day :: Tin Can Telescope - Strangers Here We Come

Tin Can Telescope are a garage rock band from Grenaa, it said on the email. As neither the band or location meant much to us, we were at least curious to go a little deeper.

Grenaa it turns out is a town on the East Jutland coast of Denmark. And the four-piece Tin Can Telescope are releasing a new EP in November called 'Winding Up The Reeling Sensation', their follow-up to last year's 'Born to Rule the UY Scuti'.

The lead cut from this second EP is 'Strangers Here We Come', a four-and-a-half minute rampaging blast of good old rock n’ roll - Danish style - packed with raw energy, belting drums and singalong melodies. You can have a good dance to this too, while downing a few cans of Carlsberg (other Danish beers are available).

Tin Can Telescope are: Emil (vocals, guitar), Peter (guitar), Sejer (bass, vocals), Lasse (drums).
