Liverpool's rising Youth Hostel recently followed their infectious May debut single 'Out Of My Mouth', with another body part focused title: ‘It's All In Your Head'.
The track, a horns dripping, jangly guitar two-and-a-half minute number, was released on Liverpool's Rooftop Records, and has helped to further the band's quickly growing reputation.
Little Indie now brings you the first viewing of the lads' colourful, animated video for the song, which was directed and edited by drummer Tom Williams.
Vocalist Mike Poynton describes how 'It's All In Your Head' came about: "It's a bit of an odd story. It's an ode to my mate who suffers from anxiety; this one time he suffered this mad anxiety attack at a dance-music event in Liverpool, he was totally out of the game - probably a mixture of a few other things like, but nevertheless, he was a mess. Trying to sort him out, all I could say was, 'It's all in your head', and so that's where the initial idea came from."
