Rory Graham, aka Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, has been announced as the winner of 2017’s BRITS Critics Choice award.
“I thought they had made a mistake. I was up against two pop giants. It’s bloody brilliant! I’m crazy happy. Proper massive grin,” responded the West Sussex-based hip-hop meets blues meets soul man.
2016 has been an incredible year for Rory. Also currently longlisted on the BBC Sound Of Poll, he’s also featured as part of Apple Music’s New Artist For 2017 and topped the Google Play Music One’s To Watch list.
'Human' - the title track from his debut album released on February 10 2017 - is currently No.1 in eight countries, has reached No.1 in iTunes in 25 territories, is No.2 on the European Airplay chart, sits at No.4 on Shazam worldwide, and is in its 10th week as German No. 1.
