No Hot Ashes, Stockport's finest four-piece, have been making waves on the Manchester music scene for a little while now, supporting the likes of Blossoms, The Amazons and Spring King, plus a number of their own headline shows (which are selling out pretty quickly these days!).
As a follow up to 'Goose', 'Easy Peeler' and 'Cool Cat' comes new Gavin Monaghan-produced single, 'Bellyaches', released earlier this week (February 20).
Only one word to say: hit! Right from the off, that infectious 80s vibe, bouncy beat, and groovy bass lines paired with Issac Taylor's strong, unique vocals are an absolute dream. The track is oozing with joyous, Northern charm and those synth-pop melodies, catchy rhythms and funky riffs deserve so much attention.
