[Video] Glass Peaks - Speak and Spell

Words: Ellie Ward

Given a recent spin on the Little Indie Roundtable, Kent's Glass Peaks have now released a music video for their second single 'Speak And Spell'.

Produced by Kristofer Harris (Bear's Den, Clock Opera, Smoke Fairies), and intertwining between raucous hooks and desolate eloquence in equal measure, the melancholic-alt-pop four-piece, alongside artistic director Lee Squires, bring to the table a shadowy and consuming visual, complete with neon lights and erratic waves of movement.

Squires comments: "It was decided early in pre-production to shoot the video in portrait, inspired by the opening line of the song 'change the way you see everything'."

‘It will be the first time a lot of people will have heard our music and seen what we look like," say the band themselves. "We want this video to show everyone what we're about."
