The Courteeners' Liam Fray goes solo for autumn acoustic tour

Words: Richard Cobb

Courteeners leader Liam Fray will go it alone later this year when he packs the van, dusts off the acoustic guitar and visits some of the more intimate venues in the UK this autumn.

You can expect to hear stripped down versions of the band’s arena filling anthems, from 'St Jude', 'Falcon', 'Anna', as well as from later albums, 'Concrete Love' and 'Mapping the Rendezvous', that fill the extensive back catalogue the band have amassed over the last 10 years.

Tickets go on sale on Thursday August 4 at 9am from gigsandtours.com and ticketmaster.co.uk  with a imited fan presale (4 tickets per person max) from August 2.
