Track Of The Day :: Treeboy & Arc - White
Words: Ellie Ward
Sharp, fierce and straight to the point in 122 seconds, Leeds post-punks Treeboy & Arc kick out a winner with 'White'.
This second single from the four-piece following 'Merge', comes from the debut EP ‘Not Yet’, out December 1 via LTD LTD. 'White' - produced by Hookworms' MJ - is an edgy cut of fuzzy punk elements that comes flying through on a barrage of guitars and an Eagulls-esque gravelled vocal.
“’White’ was the first song we wrote as a band," they say. "Songs have come and gone but this has stuck around. It’s about wanting to be productive and do things, yet lacking the full motivation to do so.”
