Ahead of third album 'Stranger', out November 10 via YEAR0001, Swedish electronic hip-hop artist Yung Lean has released a short film for it.
Directed by Suzie and Leo, it depicts Lean as a fugitive following a massacre who goes through transformative experience from a fugitive into a demon, then he becomes a sad clown, and finally we see his return to a man. The style is heavily inspired by the films of Takeshi Kitano as well as satirical comedies and features snippets of songs from 'Stranger' the album.
Yung Lean will celebrate 'Stranger's' release with an exclusive in-store show at London's Rough Trade East on November 15. See further live dates below.
