After recent offering 'Just Lust', Teesside outfit Llovers return with more glistening hooks and harmonies heaven on new single 'A Second With You’, released last week.
The band who Little Indie first introduced back in late 2016, and named as a one to watch this year, have pulled out a new pop beauty of sharply executed rhythms, dreaming guitars and addictively nostalgic synth ambience.
'A Second With You’, says vocalist Jack Brooks, is "about my own disproportionate response to normal things in everyday life. I think most people my age romanticise so many things. The intention of the track was to celebrate the positively naïve nature of youth, while also poking fun the reality of the outcome, which is actually something that’s just a bit oddly obsessive."
