Peace have come back on a roll this year, and as they work up to the release of new album ‘Kindness Is The New Rock And Roll’, out May 4, they have been sharing a tune from it here and there.
After having dropped a few earlier in the year, they now share ‘You Don’t Walk Away From Love’.
Produced by Simone Felice (Bat For Lashes, The Lumineers) and recorded at his studio in the Catskills Mountains in New York state, it's a confident, bold indie pop beast that frontman Harry Koisser says is, “about the colours of the heart that live under the cool pastels and monochrome chequers. It's about the bright primary stubbornness and unsophisticated optimism that won't stop squirming toward true love. It's a 100% real life true human emotional time capsule being unearthed for me. It was something I was desperate to say to somebody but obviously didn't have the courage.”
