Homebound have a 'Change Of Heart' on new track from forthcoming EP
Words: Sam Geary
Farnham (Surrey) pop-punk quartet Homebound have shared a new taster track from their forthcomimg second EP, 'More To Me Than Misery', released on August 17 via Rude Records.
The bold and frenetic new single 'Change Of Heart', was one of the first songs written for the EP, and is "an integral part of the EP’s message," explains singer Charlie Broughton. "It deals with the emotional exhaustion felt when you invest so much of yourself into something and continually have to pick yourself back up. Needing to know when to step back can be difficult to come to terms with and this song epitomises that struggle."
