L.A. Witch drop new EP and share its 'Haunting' first single

Words: Sam Geary

Californian trio L.A. Witch return with their reverb-heavy, grunge-punk sound as they announce their new EP 'Octubre', which is set for release tomorrow (November 2, via Suicide Squeeze Records).

Today the girls offer the record's first single, 'Haunting'.

Speaking about the new EP, band reveal that 'Octubre' is "a collection of older songs that we rarely play live, but wanted to revisit them since they’re dark and a bit spooky, and felt right for the season. We were excited to be able to work with Mr. Pharmacist aka Gregg Foreman, our first time working with a producer. We experimented with different textures and sounds for these songs, which you can really hear in “Haunting”. This EP feels more atmospheric, and perfect for Halloween."

Listen to 'Haunting' here.
