'Cut Me Loose' say Newcastle rockers The Escapades

Words: Sam Geary

Newcastle rockers The Escapades channel their Brit-rock influences on rousing new single 'Cut Me Loose'.

Liberally coated with a healthy dose of rock ‘n’ roll, they deliver plenty of rawness, hooks and catchy guitar-rock rhythms in a three-minute package.

"'Cut Me Loose' is about being stuck in a bad relationship with the wrong person," they say, "falling into the routine of breaking up and getting back together. It's something a lot of us go through, and we decided to write a song about it which turns our mistakes into a catchy Brit-rock tune!"
