Announcing their time as a duo was coming to a close back in July, Tom Snowdon and Tom Iansek now bow out as No Mono with their final releases.
As we have come to expect from this Australian collaboration, 'Finally' is a supremely constructed song, that as always captures the attention with its haunting, minimalist radiance.
It arrives with an equally impressive video clip, directed by Adam Kiers, with dancer Thuba Ndibali seen moving acround a Sydney apartment building, Glenview Court.
"There's a definite sense of camaraderie and community in the building, which is rare in Sydney," says Kiers. "The video will be spiritual homage to the building, the view, and all the people that have lived and loved here over the 49 years."
'Finally' too will be a homage to No Mono, whose elegance and musical beauty will be sorely missed.
