Sisteray come roaring back with a thunderous new single, to coincide with their current UK tour.
Produced and mixed by Rhys Downing (Pete Doherty, A$AP Rocky) at That Sound Studio, ‘All Boys Cub is out now via Vallance Records, and sees the four-piece once more pulling out the full force of blistering, anarchic punk as they take a lyrical punch at the generic, fabricated world of politics and the elitist entity of the All Boys Club, that excludes women and certain types of people.
"It’s not a surprise at all that female MPs are stepping down from frontline politics. It seems like we’ve taken many steps backwards and we’re further behind than we were 10 years ago," singer Dan Rowan remarks. "We’re more divided than we’ve ever been and we have a Prime Minister that chalks up sexist, homophobic comments as ‘banter’.
‘The song calls for action and maybe some self-reflection so we can all take stock and re-evaluate how things are done at the moment. Don't just say the right things, try and do the right things as well.’'
