Lauran Hibberd goes 'Bang Bang Bang' to kick off 2020

Words: Ellie Ward

With her US entrance coming in March at SXSW, Lauran Hibberd is kicking off 2020 to a fine start with a new single.

Produced by Boe Weaver and mastered by Vlado Meller (Weezer, Rage Against The Machine, Oasis), Lauran Hibberd’s driving pop number ‘Bang Bang Bang’ is out today, January 17.

“‘Bang Bang Bang’ is my ode to the teenage girl," says the slacker pop songstress of the two minute 22 second fizzer. "It’s built for the prom scene in ’10 Things I Hate About You’. It’s the cycle of going back to the same person even when you know you shouldn’t and I guess the fallout of all of that”.

Tune in now, and catch up with Lauran on February's UK run of shows.
