BLOXX are 'Coming Up Short' on new release ahead of Twin Atlantic support tour
Words: Sam Geary
Premiered by Annie Mac on her BBC Radio 1 show, BLOXX return with their new single ahead of their early spring live dates with Twin Atlantic.
'Coming Up Short', released last Friday, is the second cut from the band's debut album, set for release later this summer through Chess Club Records. and follows last year's 'Go Out With You' - a Little Indie Track Of The Day.
Fee Booth grapples with lost love, romantic inadequacy and the rollercoaster of not knowing what is on your partner's mind, as she pleads, "Oh won’t you tell me / What you’re thinking / She said I want to be yours / but I’m coming up short."
