Andy Burrows will release a new single, 'If I Had A Heart', on Play It Again Sam on April 1. Taken from Burrows’ superb solo album, 'Company', the release of the single follows a UK tour and a period in which he made his first foray into soundtrack writing, composing the music for Channel 4’s Christmas TV highlight, The Snowman And The Snowdog.
'If I Had A Heart' is the third single to be taken from the acclaimed 'Company', following two huge airplay hits in the shape of 'Because I Know That I Can' and 'Hometown'. The latter single was also featured in the soundtrack to The Snowman And The Snowdog, which was seen and heard by 10 million people over Christmas.
'If I Had A Heart' has been remixed for its single release by Ash Howes, and will be accompanied by a video directed by Stefan Parker.
Andy Burrows has just embarked on his first full UK tour following the release of 'Company'. Dates as follow:
