Joseph Coward, the 21 year old Essex-born musician, is to release 'Children's Bones' b/w 'Fat & Ugly' as a hand-packaged vinyl single through Blank Editions on February 25.
Coward emerged in 2010 with his self-released EP 'Animal Sweethearts', his music characterised by his heartfelt baritone voice, multi-layered guitars and high-octane electronic based rhythms. He has since released two singles with Tim Burgess's O Genesis label, and gone on to share the stage with The Charlatans, Factory Floor and rising stars TOY. After spending 2012 working in the studio with a wealth of supporting musicians, Coward returns with ‘Children's Bones’.
He plays London's Old Blue Last on February 26 with special guests, to be followed in early spring by a short tour with his band. Dates to be announced.
