Eighteen-year-old New Zealand-based musician and producer Sam Perry aka Zen Mantra, spent 18 months writing and recording songs in his bedroom. His philosophy of wanting to create music with the energy of punk, and the atmospheric qualities of psychedelia gave him a defined sound and a purpose of vision.
The result of which can be heard on his recently released debut album, 'How Many Padmes Hum'.
