North London quartet Desperate Journalist offer the new single 'Control', taken from their New Year released self-titled debut album.

Led by the Morrissey-esque vocals of Jo Bevan, they turn out a powerful guitar pop track, filled with big guitar riffs and rhythms. The video, directed by Jason Weidner, employs a minimal approach in subdued lighting.
