Featured here last December, the sleepily ambient New York City Sleeptalk are back with their latest, 'Marrow'.
The trio - Joshua Perna, Aaron Brown, Nick Baughman - have followed 'Cool' with this equally 'cool' and smoothly melodic new track, which fuses R'n'B grooves into spacey textured layers of lo-fi vocals and electronic beats.
According to the band, 'Marrow' is "a bit of a teaser" they have put out in advance of a later official release. "We've spent the past few months holed up in our home studio recording about an album's worth of music, we're now taking a break from recording to build our live show."
The band will also be putting out a series of short "films" via their Facebook page over the next months.
