Brisbane garage/psych-popsters Blank Realm are once again stirring up their delicious Oz sounds with the follow-up to last year's 'Grassed Inn' album.
The first single airing from the quarter's fourth album, 'Illegals In Heaven' (produced by Lawrence English), which is out on September 4 thru Fire Records, is 'River Of Longing'. Melodic, layered instrumentation, worked around frenetic drums, chiming indie pop guitars and dreamy reverb, gelled with the vocals of sibling singers Daniel and Sarah Spencer, makes for a winning formula.
