Debut single - released last Friday via Straight Lines Are Fine - from the Limerick post-punk three (Niall Clancy - vocals/bass, Aaron Duff - guitars, Paul Cosgrave – drums) who fire off a three-minute blast of angular, raucous guitar riffs and urgentlt intense vocals, which come in a sardonic reposte to the cultural status their native Limerick was awarded in 2014.
Taken from their debut EP ‘Cathedral’ due later in the year, 'City Of Culture' was recorded at the Manic Street Preachers’ FASTER studio in Cardiff with producer Kevin Vanbergen, whose back catalogue includes the likes of The Pixies, The Maccabees, Dinosaur Pile-Up.
