Known - up until last month - as Heavy Petting Zoo, the five-piece (four band members and 'dancer Jon') have opted for a change of moniker to herald their upcoming new single, ‘Drunken Grrrls’, out on October 30 via their own Kool Girl Records label.
Amy Zachariah dominates with her powerfully confident vocal over a punchy bass line and fuzzy guitar of this fast-paced number of swelling surf rhythms that guarantee you'll be singing along to before its three minutes expire. Without doubt the band's most infectious and radio friendly work to date.
