The events of the night of November 13 2015 in Paris were to have international impact as 130 people lost their lives in one of the most terrifying events of recent years.

Eagles Of Death Metal, the American rock band, unwittingly found themselves at the centre of the tragedy when their concert at Paris’ Bataclan theatre was attacked by a group of terrorists, killing 89 inside the venue whilst the band had been performing on stage. One of those victims being the band's own British merch crew member, Nick Alexander.

Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme were recently interviewed by VICE co-founder Shane Smith, and in their first interview since November 13, talk about the events of that night.
