Big In '16 :: Fossa
Words: Linn Branson
Newly unveiled by Fossa last night (January 1), 'In The Cold Of The Night' is a suitably titled, chilled and somewhat mournful affair befitting these grey days of early New Year. Simplistic, with little more than the keyboard notes accompanying the vocals of Louis Shadwick, it is all the more affecting for it.
The East London-based four-piece have proved themselves over the last two years to be a band that is consistently good in what they deliver - take a listen below to last year's 'Silo' - which is primarily a fusion of electronica and alt-rock.
Promising that 'In The Cold Of The Night' is the first of more for 2016, Fossa are the dark horses on course to break out this year -which would be about time and long overdue.
