Taken from the upcoming five-track 'Tender II' EP released on February 12, 'Afternoon' is just...well, a tad gorgeous to say the least.
Following their 'Armour' EP debut last September, and cover of Drake's 'Hotline Bling', north London electronic pop duo Dan and James who trade under the name Tender, have not wasted any time in dropping their second record. Not bad going for the pair who only got Tender going last summer.
'Afternoon' is a seductive blend of dark, sultry soul vocals coated with a compulsive electronica that wraps around shades of R&B - all of which work so well together that you just have to give up three minutes of your afternoon - and more - to.
