Take a listen to 'Pick Yourself Up', the first single off New Jersey's dreampop delights Lunch Ladies' debut album, 'Down on Sunset Strip' - out March 10 via Good Eye Records.
The quartet's Cynthia Rittenbach says of the song: "You try too hard to make life work for your way of doing things. If you don’t want to waste time, you have to open up a little more and let yourself go with life’s natural flow. I’m an imperfect person, but still, there are times when I think to myself how wonderful life can be!"
'Pick Yourself' spreads its dream quality over a blithe vocal resonance, hi-hat intense drums and complementary supple guitar lines to hammer home the well-spun melody.
