'Little Scars' is the lead single off the debut album 'Panic In Hampton Bays' from NYC-based Citris, which the band are re-issuing on February 24 on digital and vinyl via New Professor Music.
Fronted by singer, guitarist and songwriter Angelina Torreano and guitarist/producer Chris Krasnow, the pair set the deep personal lyrics to an onslaught of distorted guitars and drums that recall 90s artists like Hole, Garbage and Veruca Salt, as well as contemporaries like Dilly Dally, Bully and Courtney Barnett.
'Little Scars', with its opening “Here I am, with the poison/I’ve given up/I’m not disappointed now,” builds across a swathe of distorted guitars burnt through with Torreano's searing vocals.
