Coming out of All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield in 2013, local four-piece The Wired return with a new single shaping their brand of Northern melodic soul in the form of ‘Stay Here’.
The short and snappy two and a half minute number, which was released on Friday (July 14) and marks their first new single since last year's 'Long Lost Days', sprints along on a catchy rhythm of engaging, melancholic vocals and reverbed guitars.
Catch The Wired at the free entry Tramlines Fringe show at Sheffield's The Great Gatsby on July 21 where they play This Feeling's stage (with Trampolene, Jordan Allen, The Strawberries and The Harringtons), and at Record Junkee on August 4.
