Bad Sounds are moving on with ‘Couldn’t Give It Away’

Words: Sam Geary

Bad Sounds have their first album ‘Get Better’ on its way on August 17 via Insanity Records, and after previous singles ‘Wages’, ‘Evil Powers’ and ‘Avalanche’ they now peel another off the record - ‘Couldn’t Give It Away’.

Debuted last night by Annie Mac on her BBC Radio 1 show, you can hear the song - described as their most personal to date - below.

“I hated the idea that I was getting over losing someone I cared about and felt guilty every time I caught myself not thinking about it," says the band’s Ewan Merrett. "I don't like the goal being to 'move on' when something like that happens but it's obviously something you can't avoid,"
