Dreampop-gaze In Earnest is the new solo project of Newcastle-based singer-songwriter and producer Tom James, and he brings us a taste of his style with this cut, 'More Than A Dream', taken from his debut EP 'A Hospital For Ghosts', released earlier this month.
The three and a half minute track fairly swoops along on twinkly electronics and a soothing coating of vocals in what James describes as 'low-key emo'. If you like what you hear, check out the other three EP tracks on Spotify.
